MY VIDEOGRAPHER OR PHOTOGRAPHER CAN DO A PHOTO MONTAGE... ISN'T THIS THE SAME THING??

Not even close… 

Photo montages are generally an impersonal “cookie-cutter” presentation. I do not use preset templates, layouts or pre-programmed graphics. Every Cut, Every Fade, Every Transition, Every Picture of each Video Docu-Memory is produced and carefully edited just like a film or movie production... Produced, Edited, and Customized just for you!  

DO YOU TAKE THE PICTURES?

No, pictures are provided by the client... I use your pictures to create the Video Docu-Memory.

How do I send my pictures to you?

I accept photos on a CD. To avoid sending pictures through the mail, many clients prefer to scan their own pictures. If you do not have the means of having your photos scanned, I will be happy to scan your photographs for just $.50 each.

*If you are scanning your own pictures remember to use the highest resolution setting (300dpi or higher).

Can I use copy-written music?

In order to use copy-written music in your Docu-Memory you must own/supply the original CD (or purchase a copy via Rhapsody or iTunes: 99 cents per song). Contact me for more information... Whatever your favorite song, or request, I will make sure to fulfill your need!

Can I send you my MATERIAL in digital format?

Yes! Photo image formats may include:  .jpg  .gif  .bmp  .tiff   And music file formats may include:  .wav or .mp3

Can images from Digital cameras be used?

Yes! Simply put them on a CD.

What size photos can be used?

Photos ranging from wallet size to 8X10 can be used. All cropping is done digitally so there is no need for you to cut or crop your photos. 

How is the Docu-Memory shipped to me?

All videos and customer-supplied materials are shipped via Priority Mail. If you require overnight shipping or anything additional just let me know! 

All package prices include Free Shipping via Priority Mail.

What payment methods are accepted?

I accept PayPal and credit cards via PayPal but will also accept money orders. After you've made your online order via email, I  will personally contact you within 24 hours.

What about captions and titles?

Captions and titles can be added to any video for $1 each. If there are special captions, titles or a quote you would like to add just let me  know.

How long will it take to complete my Video Docu-Memory?

Once everything has been received, typical production time is approximately 2-4 weeks depending on what package you have ordered. 

My event is in less than 2 weeks!  ...Is it too late to order?

I can accommodate rush orders! No worries... Any order needed in less than 10 business days is considered a "rush order." The charge for this service is $50.

Will the Docu-Memory DVD play in my DVD Player and My computer?

Over 95% of DVD players on the market support the standard DVD format. If you purchased your player in the last 2-3 years you will have no problem at all playing your Docu-Memory DVD in either your DVD Player or on a computer with a DVD drive. It is extremely rare, but if your DVD does not work with your player, simply return the DVD and I will exchange it for a VHS copy, no charge! 

(Keep in mind, new DVD players are now available for under $30 at most stores.)

What is photo correction?

Photo correction is included so each of your photographs can look their best. I can adjust the color, light intensity, contrast, etc. I can crop pictures to exclude unwanted material and I can also improve the quality and imperfections found in most photographs. This service is included in all premiere packages.

Why are your prices so low compared to other companies?

Basically, because I have no overhead.
